Role :

Hands-on Technical Lead responsible for leading a small development team while actively developing and maintaining enterprise applications.

The role involves full-stack development, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies.

- Work across backend, frontend, database, API, and integration layers.

- Build and support REST APIs and enterprise web applications.

- Drive technical decisions, application modernization, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Java 8 & Java EE/J2EE Development (8+ years hands-on experience).

- Technical Leadership / Team Lead Experience (mentoring, code reviews, technical ownership).

- Enterprise Architecture & MVC Frameworks (Servlets, EJBs, DAO/DTO, JPA/Hibernate).

- Frontend Development with jQuery, Bootstrap, and DataTables.

- Database & REST API Development (SQL, MySQL/MS SQL Server, JDBC, RESTful Services/JAX-RS).

Important Secondary Skills :

- JPA, Hibernate, JDBC.

- REST APIs (Jersey/JAX-RS).

- WildFly/JBoss/TomEE.

- Maven/ANT, Git/GitHub.

- Application performance troubleshooting.

- MySQL, SQL Server.

Preferred Domain Experience :

- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

- Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals.

- Regulatory/Product Data Management.

- Formula/Recipe/Product Specification environments.

Ideal Candidate :

A Senior Java Full Stack Lead with strong Java EE backend expertise, jQuery-based frontend experience, team leadership capabilities, and experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications in regulated or manufacturing-focused environments.
