Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead the engineering and continued evolution of TenantHub, our centralized platform for managing B2B tenants and white-label flight booking solutions.
The role requires a strong combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, team management, and delivery ownership.
The Development Manager will work closely with Product, Architecture, DevOps, QA, Security, and other engineering teams to build a scalable platform that enables tenant-specific configuration while integrating seamlessly with our existing flight booking ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Technical & Architecture Leadership :
- Own the overall technical direction and engineering quality of the TenantHub platform.
- Design scalable solutions for multi-tenant and white-label booking platforms.
- Ensure clear separation between tenant configuration and the underlying shared booking platform.
- Define appropriate patterns for configuration management, caching, authentication, authorization, and service-to-service communication.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews for critical components.
- Ensure solutions remain simple, maintainable, secure, and production-ready.
2. TenantHub Platform Development :
- Lead development and evolution of capabilities including:
1. Tenant onboarding and management
2. Tenant configuration APIs
3. Feature flags
4. Domain and white-label management
5. Airline policies
6. Supplier/engine configuration
7. Pricing and markup configuration.
8. Branding and theming.
9. API key management.
10. Tenant dashboards and operational visibility.
- Ensure tenant configuration can be efficiently consumed across the broader booking ecosystem.
3. Platform Integration :
- Lead integration of TenantHub with existing flight search, pricing, booking, content, and payment services.
- Define reliable contracts for propagating TenantId and tenant configuration across downstream services.
- Manage integration with existing/legacy platform concepts and databases.
- Drive gradual modernization while minimizing disruption to existing production systems.
4. Engineering Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and remove engineering blockers.
- Break business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
- Own sprint execution, technical planning, estimation, and delivery commitments.
- Promote engineering best practices including clean code, testing, observability, documentation, and automated deployments.
- Identify technical debt and prioritize improvements based on business and operational impact.
5. Security, Reliability & Operations :
- Ensure appropriate authentication and authorization across Admin UI, APIs, and service-to-service communication.
- Partner with Security and DevOps teams on secure development and deployment practices.
- Establish appropriate logging, monitoring, alerting, and production diagnostics.
- Ensure tenant isolation and prevent configuration leakage across tenants.
- Drive improvements in availability, performance, scalability, and operational supportability.
Required Technical Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and relational database design.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core.
- Experience designing or supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of caching and configuration-management patterns.
- Experience with authentication and authorization, preferably Microsoft Entra ID / OAuth 2.0 / JWT.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-native application development.
- Understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience :
- Experience building B2B SaaS, white-label, or configurable platform solutions.
- Experience with microservices and distributed architectures.
- Experience integrating modern platforms with legacy systems.
- Experience with Azure App Configuration, distributed caching, and API gateways.
- Experience in travel, airline, OTA, e-commerce, or booking platforms is highly desirable.
- Understanding of flight search, pricing, supplier integrations, and booking workflows would be an advantage.

Experience :
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership, Engineering Lead, Development Manager, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience owning production-grade enterprise applications.
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering cross-team initiatives.
Success in This Role :
- Deliver TenantHub capabilities reliably and on schedule.
- Build a scalable foundation for onboarding additional B2B tenants.
- Reduce tenant-specific custom development through configuration.
- Maintain strong engineering quality while keeping solutions pragmatic.
- Ensure reliable integration between TenantHub and the broader booking platform.
- Improve developer productivity, platform observability, and production stability.
