We are hiring a skilled WordPress Developer with strong expertise in PHP and WordPress VIP to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable WordPress applications with a focus on performance, security, and best development practices.

Experience : 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain WordPress-based websites and applications.

- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and reusable components.

- Work extensively with PHP for backend development and customization.

- Build scalable and secure solutions using WordPress VIP best practices.

- Optimize website performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security issues.

- Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and external services.

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews, deployment, and maintenance activities.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in WordPress Development

- Strong proficiency in PHP

- Experience working with WordPress VIP

- Good understanding of custom theme and plugin development

- Experience with REST APIs, debugging, and performance optimization

- Familiarity with Git/version control and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of website security best practices

- Experience with CI/CD workflows and cloud-based deployments

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
