Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise along with hands-on frontend development experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and distributed systems.

- Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js or Next.js.

- Work with databases such as MongoDB and caching technologies like Redis.

- Implement event-driven architecture and messaging systems using Kafka.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA teams.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Ensure high-quality coding standards, scalability, and system reliability.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in React.js or Next.js.

- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in product-based or high-scale environments.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization tools is an added advantage.
