Senior IT Application Developer

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications and automation platforms for IT Infrastructure and Security teams.

- Build full-stack applications including backend services, REST APIs, frontend, databases, authentication, integrations, and infrastructure automation.

- Develop backend services using Go, Python, Gin, GORM, RabbitMQ, and Redis.

- Develop modern frontend applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular 17+, RxJS, and Monaco Editor.

- Develop and manage infrastructure automation using Terraform, HCL, Ansible/AWX, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Parse and generate HCL/Terraform configurations programmatically.

- Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using Flux CD and Kustomize.

- Implement enterprise authentication using JWT, SAML 2.0, LDAP, and Active Directory.

- Integrate applications with external systems such as IPAM, DNS, configuration management, monitoring, and ITSM platforms.

- Implement monitoring, structured logging, and automated testing using Prometheus and modern testing frameworks.

- Work independently with IT Infrastructure and Security teams to convert operational requirements into reliable, scalable software solutions.

- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking, authentication, CI/CD, and deployment issues.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.

- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with proven experience delivering production applications.

- Strong experience with Go, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.

- Hands-on experience with Terraform/HCL, Ansible/AWX, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.

- Strong experience with modern frontend development, preferably Angular 17+, RxJS, and Monaco Editor.

- Experience with GORM or equivalent ORM frameworks.

- Good understanding of networking, Linux, authentication, security, and infrastructure concepts.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from design through production deployment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Flux CD/GitOps, Kustomize, Proxmox VE, RabbitMQ, Redis, SAML, LDAP/AD, Prometheus, and Testcontainers.

- Experience building IT Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, or internal enterprise applications.

- Experience integrating with IPAM, DNS, CMDB, ITSM, monitoring, or configuration management platforms.

- Experience using Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools.

Project / Portfolio :

- Candidates should have demonstrable experience building and implementing real-world applications, automation, or infrastructure projects.

- A personal GitHub profile or portfolio is preferred where candidates can share examples of their work.

- Candidates who cannot share proprietary enterprise code should be able to discuss relevant projects, architecture, technologies, and their individual contribution during the technical evaluation.
