Senior Data Analyst Pune (Hybrid)

Experience : 6+ years in IT, including 5+ years in data analytics or BI roles

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Shift : 3 pm to 11 pm IST, Monday to Friday

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role

- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL

- 5+ years of strong experience with Python

- 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools (BI Tools)

- Must have experience with AWS

Nice-to-Have : MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, JavaScript, Golang

The role involves dashboard development (Looker), statistical modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Looker, and AWS.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze and clean complex datasets to support business decisions

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker or equivalent)

- Apply statistical methods and hypothesis testing

- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure data integrity

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams

- Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
