Role : Senior AI Engineer - (Python+ C#/.Net)

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.

- Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Agent Framework and Microsoft 365 Agent SDK.

- Develop backend services and APIs using C#/.NET and Python.

- Build context engineering pipelines involving chunking, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval using Azure AI Search.

- Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, API Management, and other Azure services.

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement MCP-based tool integrations, observability, evaluation frameworks, and AI performance optimisation.

- Ensure responsible AI practices, security, governance, and enterprise compliance.

- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver AI solutions.

- Lead technical design reviews, mentor engineers, and establish development best practices.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3 - 5+ years in AI/GenAI engineering.

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.

- Hands-on experience developing AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG architectures.

- Proficiency in Python and C#/.NET.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft 365 Agent SDK, or similar frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.

- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps, and production deployment practices.

- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), vector databases, AI evaluation, observability, and responsible AI.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building Microsoft Teams applications and Adaptive Cards.

- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Services, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, or FAISS.

- Experience delivering enterprise AI platforms and employee-facing AI applications.

- Azure certifications such as AI-102, AZ-305, or AZ-400.
