Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- 8 to 12+ years of software engineering experience.

- 4 to 6+ years of hands-on Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) experience.

- 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or solution delivery.

- Strong expertise in Blockchain Architecture and Distributed Systems.

- Experience designing enterprise blockchain platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Smart Contract development and lifecycle management.

- Strong programming experience in Java and/or Scala.

- Experience with blockchain platforms such as :

1. Hyperledger Besu

2. Ethereum

3. Canton Network (DAML)

4. Enterprise DLT platforms

- Knowledge of consensus mechanisms, cryptography, digital identity, and key management.

- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Enterprise Integration.

- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
