Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Member of Technical Staff Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, cloud-native applications using Python and React. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, modern frontend technologies, distributed systems, and cloud platforms. You will take end-to-end ownership of product features, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is best suited for strong individual contributors who enjoy solving complex engineering problems while building highly scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.js.

- Build scalable backend services and microservices using REST APIs and gRPC.

- Develop backend applications using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Design scalable application architecture and contribute to system design discussions.

- Optimize PostgreSQL databases through efficient schema design, indexing, and query tuning.

- Develop, deploy, and manage applications on AWS using cloud-native services.

- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.

- Enhance application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end product features.

- Take ownership of production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.

- Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-15 years of experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Strong frontend development experience using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Experience designing and building Microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC services.

- Strong understanding of System Design, software architecture, and scalable distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including database design and performance optimization.

- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong debugging, testing, and production support skills.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor while collaborating across teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Java in addition to Python.

- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Protobuf, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.

- Familiarity with Linux environments and production systems.

- Experience building and scaling product engineering platforms.
