Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced M365 Engineer with 10+ years of experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge across M365, endpoint management, identity, security, infrastructure, networking, and automation.

Intune & Endpoint Management:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune

- Managing and administering Windows devices

- Application deployment and management

- Endpoint configuration and troubleshooting

Microsoft Infrastructure & Identity:

- Microsoft Server OS 2019 and above

- Active Directory

- DNS and DHCP

- Group Policy (GPO)

- Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID

- AD Connect

- Single Sign-On (SSO)

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Security & Access Management :

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining systems based on Least Privileged Access principles

- Understanding of identity, access, and security best practices

Networking :

- Strong technical understanding of networking concepts

- Subnets

- Routing

- Network diagnostics and troubleshooting

Automation & Troubleshooting :

- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills

- Ability to automate and streamline processes using PowerShell and other tools

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to independently handle and take ownership of complex technical tasks

Documentation & Communication :

- Excellent technical documentation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with relevant teams when required

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Certification :

- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Certified - Administrator Expert preferred/required as per client requirement.
