Role Description :

The Lead Full Stack Engineer Mars Telecom Systems role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, covering both front-end and back-end components. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET, React, Azure) who can take complete ownership of technical solutions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills :

Backend :

- 8+ years of software engineering experience.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, REST API development, Entity Framework, LINQ, Dependency Injection.

- Strong understanding of application design patterns and architectural principles.

Frontend :

- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web development.

SQL Server :

- Strong SQL Server experience, ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries, and experience with Stored Procedures.

Role & Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET technologies and React.

- Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable React-based front-end applications.

- Develop secure and scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and business workflows.

- Create high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

- Support both legacy and modern application components during transformation initiatives.

Azure & Cloud Engineering :

- Design and support Azure-based application deployments.

- Work with Azure App Services, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, Azure Networking.

Security & Compliance :

- Develop secure applications following secure coding standards and OWASP recommendations.

- Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection controls.

- Understand PCI-compliant application development practices and contribute to SOC2 compliance requirements.
