About the role :

We are looking for a Data Engineer / Business Intelligence professional who can build reliable data pipelines, integrate multiple business data sources, and develop dashboards and analytics that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SQL, databases, ETL/ELT, BI tools, APIs, data modeling, and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

- Integrate data from multiple sources such as ERP, CRM, e-commerce, Marketplace, APIs, applications, and databases.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data models.

- Build and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards and MIS reports for business functions.

- Create automated reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Inventory, Procurement, and Ecommerce.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and availability.

- Develop data warehouses, data marts, and analytical datasets as required.

- Analyze large datasets and identify business trends, opportunities, gaps, and performance drivers.

- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into data solutions and actionable insights.

- Optimize existing databases, dashboards, and data pipelines for performance.

- Implement data validation, monitoring, and governance processes.

- Support advanced analytics, forecasting, and AI/ML initiatives where required.

Required Skills :

- Strong SQL and database concepts.

- Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
