Job Summary :

Creospan is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to lead the modernization of Fundmaster user experiences and supporting Java services. The role involves hands-on architecture and development across React.js, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL, along with responsibility for performance engineering, observability, CI/CD, releases, and production stability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of responsive React applications and scalable Java backend services.

- Define reusable frontend architecture, component patterns, state management, API integration standards, and coding conventions.

- Establish service design, testing, security, logging, error handling, and operational-readiness standards.

- Conduct architecture, code, test-strategy, and production-readiness reviews.

- Drive application performance, scalability, reliability, resilience, security, accessibility, and observability.

- Troubleshoot frontend latency, API bottlenecks, JVM issues, database connectivity, slow SQL queries, and scalability challenges.

- Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, distributed tracing, logging, alerting, and production-support practices.

- Lead critical incident resolution and ensure stable releases and production operations.

- Mentor full-stack engineers and communicate technical decisions, risks, and progress to business and management stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with Java 8 - 17, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Spring JDBC, Spring AOP, and CompletableFuture.

- Hands-on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and component architecture.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, state management, API integration, validation, and error handling.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of JVM diagnostics, performance tuning, Dynatrace, GitHub, CI/CD, Linux, and Apache Tomcat.

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

- Experience with automated frontend, backend, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in financial services, investment operations, accounting, reconciliation, or asset servicing.

- Experience modernizing legacy or mission-critical enterprise applications.

- Exposure to AS400/IBM i and DB2.

- Experience with Azure or AWS, along with Docker and Kubernetes.
