Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 7 - 9 years of hands-on software development experience, strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS, and proven experience working as an official Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java Full Stack Developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Work across the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other technology teams.

Tech Stack :

- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, REST APIs, SQL, Git

Leadership Requirements :

- Mandatory : Candidate must have officially worked as a Team Lead / Technical Lead.

- Proven experience leading a development team and managing technical deliverables.

- Experience in task allocation, technical mentoring, code reviews, and delivery coordination.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in a GCC / Global Capability Centre environment.

- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Kafka.
