About the Role :

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of modern web technologies. You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, data pipelines, and development infrastructure to build scalable blockchain data systems.

The ideal candidate is product-minded, enjoys solving complex engineering problems, and is excited to work with Web3 and decentralized infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.

- Develop intuitive and high-quality user experiences using React.js / Next.js.

- Build and improve backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL.

- Develop and enhance ETL and blockchain data pipelines.

- Write, test, and deploy Subgraphs / Substreams to production.

- Understand existing architecture and continuously improve system design, performance, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of production-quality code.

- Contribute to development infrastructure, automation, testing, and CI/CD.

- Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, middleware, backend, and frontend layers.

- Identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive engineering processes.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Document important technical decisions, systems, and workflows.

Must-Have Skills :

- 2+ years of professional Full Stack / Web Services development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript / ES6+.

- Strong experience with React.js.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js.

- Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.

- Good understanding of RDBMS / NoSQL databases.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL preferred.

- Experience building APIs/services used by real users at scale.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience working with Git/GitHub.

- Familiarity with AWS or any cloud platform.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Good to Have Web3 :

- Understanding of Blockchain / Web3.

- Ethereum / EVM experience.

- Solidity and smart contracts.

- The Graph / Subgraphs / Substreams.

- DeFi, NFTs, DAOs or other Web3 protocols.

- Experience with blockchain data indexing or decentralized infrastructure.

- Rust experience.
