Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with React to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, frontend development using React, and database management with SQL Server. The role requires hands-on experience in building APIs, optimizing application performance, and delivering high-quality solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core and React.

- Build robust backend services using ASP.NET Core, Web API, and RESTful services.

- Develop responsive and interactive frontend components using React.

- Design and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server.

- Implement efficient data access layers using Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core and LINQ.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across frontend and backend layers.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

- Hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.

- Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.

- Strong working knowledge of LINQ.

- Experience in developing Web APIs and RESTful services.

- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

- Understanding of secure coding practices and application security.
