Position Overview:

To develop and lead the scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET-based platforms that enable Epiroc's next generation of offboard automation and connected operations. By combining deep technical expertise, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, the developer ensures solutions are reliable, future-ready, and aligned with Epiroc's innovation, sustainability, and time-to-market objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using WPF, C#, .NET Core, ReactJS and MVVM architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write Automated Integration Tests in existing framework for developed features and bug fixes.

- Full stack development, including UI, client/server communication, and server-side business logic.

- Lead agile teams as Lead / SCRUM MASTER.

- Develop and execute automation tests using AI agents.

- Create & use AI agents to improve efficiency & accelerate delivery across SDLC process.

- Integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party libraries.

- Enhance performance and memory management for smooth application execution.

- Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and NoSQL databases.

- Design and implement robust distributed systems, leveraging networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP).

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous learning.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, Typescript, React 18 and MVVM architecture.

- Proficiency in XAML, UI controls, data binding, and WPF animations.

- Experience with multi-threading, async/await, and performance tuning for WPF applications.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web API integration, and microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, with working knowledge of context engineering, agentic workflows, MCP, A2A, and agent skills.

- SQL Server, Entity Framework, or other database experience.

- Strong experience with unit testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit, MSTest).

- Hands-on experience with networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP.

- Experience in Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with third-party UI libraries like Telerik, DevExpress or Infragistics.

- Experience with 3D scanning tools, Understanding of CAD files.

- Familiarity with WinUI and UWP as future transitions from WPF.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or related certifications.
