Full Stack Developer

Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, Python backend development, and AI-powered application engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and enterprise-grade integrations using cutting-edge AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

This role requires a developer who is passionate about Generative AI, semantic search, and intelligent automation, while also being comfortable leveraging AI-assisted coding platforms such as Lovable, Cursor, and Claude to accelerate development cycles.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

Frontend Development :

- Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js

- Build intuitive user interfaces integrated with AI-powered backend services and APIs.

- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Lovable, Cursor, and Claude for rapid prototyping and feature delivery.

- Optimize frontend performance, usability, and cross-platform compatibility.

Backend and Database Development :

- Develop secure and scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python.

- Design and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL and Supabase.

- Implement pgvector and vector database architectures for semantic search and AI-driven retrieval systems.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and data integrity.

AI and RAG Pipeline Engineering :

- Design, develop, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Build AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.

- Integrate OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs into production-grade applications.

- Develop embedding pipelines, document indexing systems, and knowledge retrieval architectures.

- Enhance AI response quality through prompt engineering and retrieval optimization.

Cloud and Enterprise Integrations :

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

- Integrate enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Graph API.

- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and monitoring of cloud-hosted applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js .

- Proficiency in Python for backend and AI application development.

- Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and relational database design.

- Proven experience building AI-powered applications and RAG pipelines.

- Hands-on expertise with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.

- Experience integrating OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.

- Familiarity with vector databases and pgvector implementations.

- Experience deploying applications on AWS and/or Azure.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and cloud-native architectures.

- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as Lovable, Cursor, and Claude.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building enterprise-scale AI platforms.

- Knowledge of semantic search, embeddings, and vector similarity search.

- Understanding of scalable microservices architecture.

- Exposure to AI workflow orchestration and automation pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
