What We Do :

We build AI powered platforms for enterprise sales, combining sales automation, intelligent decision support and Agentic AI. Our AI Sales Agent, SCAI, and related solutions help sales teams, distributors and retailers act on insights and improve execution at scale.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance Salescode.ai's platform and agentic AI capabilities, including intelligent software modules and agents, automated workflows and LLM powered product features.

- Build, deliver and maintain scalable applications across React, Java, Quarkus, Flutter, JavaScript, REST APIs and relational databases.

- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude into SCAI and other Salescode.ai products to enable intelligent interactions and automation.

- Use Claude Code, Cursor and other AI coding tools to accelerate development while taking ownership of the quality of the resulting software.

- Review, test, debug and improve AI generated code, ensuring application performance, security, scalability and maintainability.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong programming fundamentals, problem solving ability and practical knowledge of any programming language (Java, JavaScript etc).

- Openness to work on any tech stack based on the organisational requirement. Salescode works on Java, Quarkus, Flutter, ReactJS, AWS stack, GenAI and proprietary data/analytics systems.

- Demonstrated use of Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot to build, troubleshoot and improve production grade applications.

- Understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering and emerging AI technologies, with exposure to AI agents or RAG through projects or independent learning.

- Passion for building real products - freshers through relevant internships, personal projects, hackathons or open source contributions, and experienced candidates through relevant hands on project work.
