Looking for Data Scientist for a leading organization.

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or equivalent)

- Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Embeddings, Vector Search, Semantic Search, and Ranking

- Agentic AI Systems, Tool Calling, and Multi-step Reasoning

- GenAI Evaluation Frameworks and Experimentation

- Strong Python Programming Skills

- Experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions

- Strong Data Science and Machine Learning fundamentals

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Conversational AI / Voice AI

- Contact Center or Unified Communications domain experience

- Vector Databases

- LLM Observability Tools

- Azure Cloud experience
