Role Overview :

We are hiring an ML / LLM Engineer to build an intelligent system that predicts whether a product will be a winner or non-winner based on attributes like color, fabric, sleeve type, and other inputs.

You will work on transforming an existing AI/agent system into a data-driven prediction engine.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy ML models and LLM-based solutions for product outcome prediction.

- Build workflows where users input product details and receive predictive insights.

- Enhance an existing AI agent into a decision-making/prediction system.

- Work with product and assortment data for feature engineering and modeling.

- Integrate LLM capabilities to improve reasoning and contextual understanding.

- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of predictive modeling and classification techniques.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, etc.

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Experience working with structured data, model evaluation, and pipelines.

Good to Have :

- Experience with GenAI, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering.

- Exposure to MLOps and model deployment.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
