Role : Full Stack Developer

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, REST API development, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable platform solutions, designing robust frameworks, implementing secure authentication mechanisms, and driving high-quality software development practices. Experience in AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, JavaScript, and Node.js.

- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and backend services following industry best practices.

- Build, enhance, and support enterprise integrations and connectors across multiple platforms.

- Design and develop reusable frameworks and platform solutions leveraging established design patterns.

- Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring secure application access.

- Write efficient SQL scripts and optimize database interactions.

- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and develop comprehensive unit and integration test suites.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across application and integration layers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance using modern DevOps practices.

- Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments, including Kubernetes.

- Support monitoring, observability, and IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives to ensure platform reliability and operational excellence.

- Explore and contribute to AI-driven capabilities and intelligent platform enhancements where applicable.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and REST API design and implementation.

- Minimum 3 years of experience building integrations and connectors for enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design principles, and design patterns.

- Expertise in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

- Good experience in SQL scripting and database development.

- Experience with authentication and authorization protocols/mechanisms.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Experience with container orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes.

- Exposure to monitoring and ITSM tools and processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in designing and developing enterprise frameworks and platform services.

- Knowledge or practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and use cases.

- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices-based solutions.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
