AI Development Engineer :

Location : Chennai (Onsite).

Role Overview :

We are hiring an experienced AI Development Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications.

The role focuses on integrating AI/ML capabilities into scalable production systems and building intelligent features for both internal and customer-facing applications.

The ideal candidate will work across AI/ML, backend development, cloud platforms, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end AI solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-powered features for enterprise applications.

- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using Python and backend technologies.

- Integrate OpenAI APIs, Azure AI services, and machine learning models into production systems.

- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions on Azure cloud.

- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics integrations.

- Containerize applications using Docker.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including architects, developers, and business users.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and production support.

- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

Required Skills :

1. Programming & Backend :

- Python (mandatory).

- .NET Core or Java Spring Boot.

- REST API development.

- Microservices architecture.

2. AI / ML :

- OpenAI APIs / Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Azure Cognitive Services.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 5 to 10 years of overall experience.

- Minimum 4+ years of AI/ML development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Python.

- Experience with .NET Core or Java Spring Boot.

- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.

- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
