About the Role :

Tecnoprism is looking for an experienced 3DEXPERIENCE Administrator to manage, administer, and optimize the Dassault Syst- mes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in platform administration, tenant management, user access and security, deployment automation, system monitoring, and application support.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform while supporting business users, managing system upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Administration :

- Administer and manage the Dassault Syst- mes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform across SaaS or on-premises environments.

- Configure and maintain platform tenants, collaborative spaces, and system settings.

- Perform platform administration activities including tenant management, configuration, and environment maintenance.

- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and ensure high system availability.

System Maintenance & Performance :

- Monitor overall platform health, server performance, and database performance.

- Plan and execute platform upgrades, patch deployments, and maintenance activities.

- Perform regular system health checks, backups, and recovery procedures.

- Optimize platform performance and ensure business continuity.

User & Security Administration :

- Manage user accounts, licenses, security groups, and role-based access controls.

- Configure collaborative spaces and assign appropriate security roles and permissions.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and governance standards.

- Maintain user access lifecycle, including onboarding, modifications, and deactivation.

Deployment & Automation :

- Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for platform configurations.

- Promote application configurations and platform changes across Development, Test, and Production environments.

- Automate administrative tasks where possible to improve operational efficiency.

- Coordinate release management and deployment activities with project teams.

Technical Support :

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for platform users.

- Diagnose and resolve platform, application, connectivity, and integration issues.

- Work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business users to resolve incidents.

- Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Database & Reporting :

- Execute SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and system analysis.

- Support database administration activities related to platform performance.

- Monitor database utilization and assist with optimization initiatives.

- Generate system reports and usage metrics for stakeholders.

Documentation & Training :

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, administration guides, and standard operating procedures.

- Train end-users and administrators on platform features, best practices, and system usage.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for support and project teams.

- Maintain documentation for deployments, configurations, and system changes.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Collaborate with business users, PLM consultants, infrastructure teams, and vendors to support project delivery.

- Participate in implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.

- Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).

- Stay updated with new 3DEXPERIENCE platform features, enhancements, and Dassault Syst- mes best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8 - 10 years of experience in platform administration, preferably with the Dassault Syst- mes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

- Hands-on experience managing SaaS and/or on-premises 3DEXPERIENCE environments.

- Strong expertise in user management, license administration, security roles, and collaborative spaces.

- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.

- Strong SQL skills for reporting, troubleshooting, and database analysis.

- Experience with platform upgrades, patch deployments, system monitoring, and backup procedures.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience supporting enterprise PLM environments and manufacturing organizations is an added advantage.
