Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade backend systems. The role requires deep hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot

- Drive architectural decisions and mentor senior engineering teams

- Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS

- Design and implement REST APIs using API Gateway

- Work on event-driven and streaming platforms such as Kafka / MSK and Kinesis

- Ensure security, performance, and reliability of systems using AWS best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and leadership
