Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Consultant Themes & Plugins to design, customize, optimize, and maintain WordPress websites.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in WordPress themes and plugins, understands performance and security best practices, and can provide strategic guidance to deliver scalable, high-quality WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize, develop, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins

- Evaluate, recommend, and configure third-party themes and plugins

- Build custom WordPress solutions based on business requirements

- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability

- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress, theme, and plugin-related issues

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

- Implement SEO, accessibility, and coding best practices

- Manage WordPress updates, backups, and version compatibility

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders

- Provide technical consultation and documentation for WordPress solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 4+ years of experience working with WordPress

Strong expertise in :

- WordPress core, themes, and plugin architecture

- PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

- Experience with custom theme development and child themes

- Hands-on experience developing or extending WordPress plugins

- Knowledge of WordPress REST API and hooks (actions & filters)

- Experience with MySQL and database optimization

- Familiarity with Git and version control
