Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer - GenAI & Agentic AI to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build GenAI applications using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.

- Design and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval techniques.

- Develop multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Work with LLMs and foundation models including OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Llama, and Mistral.

- Deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS, including Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, Lambda, and API Gateway.

- Build secure and production-ready FastAPI/Flask microservices.

- Implement microservices architecture for scalable AI applications.

- Establish AI evaluation, observability, and monitoring frameworks.

- Implement CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform/CDK, DevOps, and MLOps best practices.

- Ensure security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

- Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor team members.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on Python development experience.

- Expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and Agentic AI.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval techniques.

- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Llama, or Mistral.

- Strong AWS and cloud-native development experience.

- Experience with FastAPI/Flask and Microservices.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, and DevOps.

- Knowledge of MLOps, AI evaluation, observability, and model governance.

- Strong understanding of AI security and responsible AI practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Experience & Education :

- 5+ years of software development experience with strong GenAI solution delivery experience.

- UG: Any Graduate.

- Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred
