About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java + React Full Stack Developer (L4) with strong expertise in building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, along with modern frontend development using React.js. The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and delivering high-performance, cloud-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.

- Build secure and reusable RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.

- Develop responsive UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence.

Mandatory Skills :

- 69 years of software development experience.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17, Collections, Multithreading, and JVM concepts.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Microservices.

- Strong frontend development experience using React.js, Redux/Context API, Hooks, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks.

- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.

- Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Understanding of application security and performance tuning.
