Role Overview :

As a senior .NET full stack developer at Wallero, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, high-traffic applications that serve as the backbone for our clients' business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and cloud architects, to translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical roadmap of our projects, ensuring that the software we deliver is not only functional but also maintainable, scalable, and aligned with modern industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web applications using .Net and React.js to ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services.

- Optimize database performance and data access layers using Entity Framework to improve application responsiveness and reliability for end-users.

- Deploy and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency for enterprise-grade solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and project milestones, ensuring that deliverables meet both functional requirements and performance benchmarks.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in clean coding, security, and system architecture to elevate the overall quality of the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building robust server-side applications using ASP.Net and managing complex data models with Entity Framework.

- Proven ability to develop intuitive, responsive front-end components using React.js that provide a superior user experience.

- Strong proficiency in architecting and deploying cloud-native solutions within the Azure ecosystem, including familiarity with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a minimum of 5 - 15 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project needs and shifting technical priorities.
