Role & responsibilities :

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager with deep expertise in Blockchain technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative products and platforms for the BFSI industry.

The role requires close collaboration with Development, Sales, Marketing Teams, and Clients to conceptualize, build, and scale solutions that address critical industry needs such as private markets, tokenisation, marketplaces for buy/ sell, traceability, trade finance, and valuation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle for blockchain-based solutions.

- Translate business requirements into technical product roadmaps.

- Drive innovation in areas such as valuation, private markets for securities, tokenisation, digital assets, and trade finance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Sales, Marketing) to ensure product alignment with market needs.

- Engage with clients to gather feedback, validate use cases, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Oversee platform scalability, security, and compliance with BFSI regulations.

- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

- Prepare product documentation, training materials, and support go-to-market strategies.

Preferred candidate profile :

Required Qualifications :

- MBA from a premier institute with Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science/ AI,

- 10+ years of experience in product development, with at least 3- 5 years in blockchain solutions development.

- Proven track record in BFSI product/ platform development.

- Strong knowledge of private equity systems, tokenisation frameworks, and trade finance workflows.

- Sound understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, etc.).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight timelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Understanding of regulatory compliance in BFSI (AML, KYC, SEBI, RBI guidelines).

- Experience in agile product management and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
