Triunitysoft - Technical Lead - Backend & Cloud Technologies

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Backend & Cloud with strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, and Kubernetes to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate is both a hands-on technologist and a capable leader, adept at managing teams, ensuring best practices, and aligning with architectural guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Ensure the design and implementation of high-quality technical specifications aligned with company architecture guidelines.

- Propose, implement, and enforce best programming practices.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and help resolve support issues in production systems.

- Drive adoption of event-driven architectures and cloud-native solutions.

Team & Process Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring alignment on goals and delivery.

- Apply Scrum/Kanban frameworks to maximize performance, quality, and motivation.

- Ensure efficient, transparent, and healthy communication with stakeholders.

- Analyze team KPIs and proactively resolve issues that hinder progress.

Product & Collaboration :

- Work with product managers to ensure a product-oriented mindset in solution delivery.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless CRM and communication solutions.

Critical Skills (Must-Have) :

- Strong people management and leadership skills.

- Expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.

- Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and event-driven architectures (Kafka/Redis).

- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Highly Recommended

- Proficiency in React.js (frontend collaboration).

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.

- Strong product-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with CRM systems.

- Background in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and/or VoIP solutions.
