About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web application development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications that support critical business processes.

This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-grade platforms involving complex business workflows, approval systems, real-time communication, data-intensive dashboards, and cloud-native architectures.

The candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and TypeScript.

- Build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.

- Develop complex dashboards, reports, and visualization components.

- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards.

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.

- Build secure and scalable REST APIs and microservices.

- Implement business logic, workflows, and system integrations.

- Support application performance optimization and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.

Database & Performance Optimization :

- Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for application development and performance optimization.

- Design efficient database schemas and data models.

- Optimize queries, caching mechanisms, and application performance.

- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and scalability.

Application Features & Business Workflows :

- Develop workflow-based applications and approval systems.

- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and security mechanisms.

- Build audit trail functionality and activity tracking features.

- Support development of business rules and process automation capabilities.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Participate in application deployment and release management processes.

- Work with Docker and containerized application environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration.

- Support deployments on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery :

- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Teams, and Architects.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, and deployment activities.

- Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.

- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js backend development.

- Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and database design principles.

- Knowledge of Redis and caching strategies.

- Understanding of application security and authentication mechanisms.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
