We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer with 6+ years of experience to oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, React or Angular, and Azure stack.


The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Experience Level :


We need a Lead .NET Developer with 6+ years of strong experience using .NET Technologies, Azure, ReactJS or Angular . Docker/ Kubernetes experience is a Plus.

What will you do?


Technical Leadership :


- Lead and mentor a team of developers across full-stack development.


- Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.


- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Application Development :

- Design and develop responsive web applications using ReactJS.

- Build scalable backend services using .NET Core and Azure Functions.

- Implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs tailored for front-end needs.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Architect and deploy solutions on Azure using services like Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.

- Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitLab.

- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud infrastructure.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

Leadership & Methodologies :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.

- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.

Requirements :

Must-Have Skills :


- Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

- Strong experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, Context API) or Angular.

- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and ORM tools (e., Entity Framework).

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Azure certifications (e., AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus.

Good to have skills :

- Experience with React Native for mobile development.

- Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.

- Exposure to data analytics and integration tools.

- Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
