Role Overview :

We are looking for a FreeSWITCH Implementation Engineer with strong production experience in FreeSWITCH, SIP, RTP, VoIP, WebRTC, IVR and call routing. You will own the design, deployment, integration and troubleshooting of scalable voice platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure and manage FreeSWITCH production environments from scratch.

- Design end-to-end dialplans, IVRs, call routing, queues and conferencing.

- Configure SIP profiles, gateways, trunks and extensions.

- Build multi-tenant and highly available FreeSWITCH architectures.

- Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, SDP, call drops, one-way/no audio, registration and NAT issues.

- Develop dialplans using XML and Lua/JavaScript/Python.

- Implement time-based, skill-based, failover and fallback routing.

- Integrate FreeSWITCH with CRM/ERP, billing systems, REST APIs, WebSockets and AI Voice Bots (ASR/TTS).

- Use ESL (Event Socket Library) for real-time call control and monitoring.

- Deploy and manage FreeSWITCH on Linux and cloud platforms.

- Monitor call quality, CDRs, logs, codecs and system performance and handle production incidents/RCA.

- Work on HA, load balancing, scaling, CI/CD, automation and backups.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 4+ years overall experience with 3+ years hands-on FreeSWITCH production experience.

- Strong expertise in FreeSWITCH call flows, dialplans, IVR, conferencing, SIP profiles, gateways, trunks and extensions.

- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, RTCP, SDP, WebRTC and VoIP networking.

- Hands-on troubleshooting using fs_cli, sngrep, tcpdump and SIP/RTP traces.

- Experience with XML dialplans and at least one of Lua, JavaScript or Python.

- Experience with call queues, routing logic, failover and fallback mechanisms.

- Hands-on experience integrating APIs, WebSockets, CRM/ERP, billing or AI voice solutions.

- Strong experience with ESL and real-time call control.

- Strong Linux administration experience with Ubuntu/CentOS.

- Working knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, CDRs and reporting.

- Must be currently based in Delhi NCR.

- Immediate joiners / candidates with less than or equal to 15 days notice highly preferred.

Preferred :

- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.

- Experience with HA, load balancing, CI/CD and scalable FreeSWITCH deployments.

- Hands-on WebRTC experience including mod_verto, SIP over WSS, DTLS-SRTP, ICE and OPUS.
