Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technology Lead - AI, Data & Capital Markets to drive technology development for an AI-driven Investment Recommendation Platform.

The ideal candidate will combine strong AI/GenAI, Data Engineering and Cloud expertise with exposure to Capital Markets/FinTech. The candidate should be hands-on, business-oriented, and highly articulate, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI/GenAI-driven solutions for investment research and recommendation.

- Work with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents / Agentic AI and Vector Search.

- Design scalable Data Engineering and Data Lakehouse solutions.

- Build data pipelines integrating structured and unstructured financial data.

- Work with data such as market data, fundamentals, credit information, research reports, filings, transcripts and portfolio/risk data.

- Develop solutions supporting yield, probability of default, recovery value, risk-adjusted returns and BUY/HOLD/REJECT recommendations.

- Work with financial data providers such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG or similar platforms.

- Define solution architecture and technology standards for AI and data platforms.

- Collaborate with investment, research, product, and business teams to convert requirements into scalable technology solutions.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and data technologies.

Domain Experience :

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred : Capital Markets | Investment Banking | Asset Management | Fixed Income | Credit | Risk | Investment Research | FinTech | BFSI.

Understanding of financial products, investment data and risk concepts will be an advantage.
