Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with a strong hands-on background in React, Frontend Development, and Full Stack Engineering, along with proven experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.

The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team of developers, driving technical decisions, reviewing architecture and code, managing project delivery, and collaborating with Product, QA, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Frontend / Full Stack Developers.

- Take ownership of technical delivery, development standards, and engineering best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.

- Drive development using React.js and modern frontend technologies.

- Oversee full-stack development and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

- Participate in technical design, development, debugging, performance optimization, and deployment.

- Break down business requirements into technical tasks and provide effort estimations.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Teams, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and quality standards.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them.

- Establish coding standards, development processes, and engineering best practices.

- Conduct technical interviews and contribute to hiring and team-building activities.

- Support performance management, mentoring, and skill development of team members.

- Stay updated with emerging frontend, full-stack, and cloud technologies.

Must-Have Skills :

- 10+ years of software development experience, with relevant experience in technical / team leadership.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Strong Frontend Development experience.

- Good experience in Full Stack Development.

- Experience working with REST APIs / API integration.

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Experience with Git and modern development practices.

- Proven Technical Team Management experience is mandatory.

- Experience managing, mentoring, and guiding developers.

- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
