About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in modern web application development, cloud technologies, and software architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and AWS, while leading engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly Python-based solutions and LLM integrations, will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications.

- Architect and build full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features.

- Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best engineering practices.

- Implement secure, maintainable, and scalable software architectures.

- Drive CI/CD implementation and automate deployment pipelines.

- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and observability.

- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities, including Python-based services and Large Language Models (LLMs), where applicable.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the engineering ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in web application development and software architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. React.js

2. Node.js

3. JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

- Good understanding of AWS cloud services, including :

1. AWS Lambda

2. Amazon S3

3. Amazon EC2

4. Amazon RDS

5. Amazon CloudWatch

- Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AI/ML technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Python for backend or AI solutions.

- Experience integrating and working with Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Knowledge of modern software design patterns and cloud-native architectures.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
