Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (.NET + React) to oversee full-stack development, ensure high-quality deliverables, and guide a team through complex technical challenges. The role requires close collaboration with onsite architects, adherence to coding standards, and a proactive approach to resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review technical deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.

- Collaborate with onsite architects on all architectural decisions and design adherence.

- Maintain and enhance the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Provide quick, accurate resolutions to technical issues faced by the team.

- Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve dependencies.

- Conduct impact analysis and provide high-level effort estimations for change requests.

- Establish and enforce technical guidelines for code review and version control.

- Oversee build and release processes; ensure timely delivery for INT/QA/Prod deployments.

- Review and guide code reviews done by other team leads.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.

- Support the offshore team during IST hours for blocker issues.

- Conduct workshops and support technical competency development within the team.

- Ensure compliance with information security, GDPR, and data protection standards.

- Guide team members in achieving 100% unit test coverage and effective hotfix handling.

- Lead performance analysis and penetration testing risk resolution.

- Promote use of tools such as SonarQube, SonarLint, and Resharper to minimize technical debt.

- Ensure adherence to SEP process guidelines for all change requests.

- Provide direction on Azure DevOps setup and CI/CD pipeline management.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern frameworks, security, and performance practices.

Technical Skills Required :

Languages/Frameworks : .NET Core, C#, Web API, ReactJS, Redux, Hooks, Entity Framework Core, MVC

Web Technologies : HTML5, JQuery, Bootstrap, REST APIs

Database : MS SQL Server, Entity Framework

Architecture : Microservices, Cloud-based deployment (Azure)

Tools : Git or similar version control, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, SonarLint, Resharper

Methodologies : Agile/Scrum

Other Knowledge : Performance tuning, security best practices (OWASP, CWE), and penetration testing mitigation

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Leadership in guiding and mentoring technical teams

- Attention to detail in code quality and delivery

- Ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones
