About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer - Technical Lead to join the engineering team of a product-based organization in Pune. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will contribute to application development while providing technical direction, mentoring developers, and taking ownership of end-to-end technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java Full Stack applications.

- Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Build modern, responsive, and reusable frontend applications using React.js.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.

- Work with SQL databases, including query development, optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Develop, deploy, and support applications using Microsoft Azure.

- Lead technical implementation, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps stakeholders.

Technical Stack :

- Backend : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs

- Frontend : React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3

- Cloud : Microsoft Azure

- Database : SQL

- Practices : Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum

Candidate Expectations :

- 7 - 10 years of relevant software development experience.

- Official Technical Lead / Tech Lead experience is mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience with the required technology stack.

- Ability to drive technical solutions independently.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid model from Pune.

Assessment :

Candidates should be willing to participate in a technical assessment covering Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, SQL, and Azure.
