Key Responsibilities :

- Lead System Architecture & Technical Design

- Drive Microservices & Cloud-Native Development

- Mentor Full-Stack Engineering Teams

- Champion AI-Led Development & Engineering Best Practices

- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD & Release Management

- Ensure Security, Performance & Scalable Software Delivery

Required Skills :

- 8 to 14 years of Software Development & Technical Leadership experience

- Strong expertise in Java, Python or Node.js

- Experience with React.js / Angular / Flutter / React Native

- Hands-on knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL & Distributed Systems

- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD

- Exposure to AI/ML, DevOps, and Secure Software Development practices

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQL/NoSQL, Graph Databases, AI-powered product development.
