Technical Lead - Embedded Systems

Role Overview :

- A genuine, demonstrable passion for embedded and real-time software development.

- 10+ years in real-time, hardware-close software, hands-on across multiple layers of the stack, from hardware up, including some mentoring; good English for collaboration across time zones.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Strong, current C++ with a solid command of software design principles (SOLID, modern C++) and a track record of clean, maintainable code.

- Strong real-time, hardware-close software on Linux and across platforms including real-time acquisition, monitoring, and digital/analog control.

- Real-time and fieldbus communication, and IIoT (OPC UA) essential to the role.

- A solid grounding in embedded cybersecurity (secure-by-design, secure coding, vulnerability handling, secure update).

- Experience in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), with sound discipline around code reviews, testing, and CI.
