Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Embedded Engineer with 7 to 12 years of experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR and C++ development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in modern C++, multithreading, automotive communication protocols, and embedded software development, with exposure to functional safety and production automotive environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and integrate embedded software components using Adaptive AUTOSAR.
- Develop efficient and maintainable software using C++11/14/17, STL, and modern C++ programming practices.
- Work on Adaptive AUTOSAR applications, services, and platform-level components.
- Implement multithreaded and concurrent applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and resource utilization.
- Develop and integrate automotive communication interfaces using protocols such as SOME/IP and CAN FD.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into software architecture, design, and implementation.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues across development, integration, and system testing environments.
- Collaborate with system, architecture, testing, and other embedded engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and software development best practices.
- Support software integration, testing, and validation activities.
- Contribute to Agile development processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure software development aligns with automotive functional safety and quality requirements.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 7 to 12 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR.
- Strong proficiency in C++11/14/17 and modern C++ programming.
- Strong knowledge of STL, OOP, multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
- Experience with automotive communication protocols such as SOME/IP and CAN FD.
- Good understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture and service-oriented communication.
- Exposure to ISO 26262 and automotive functional safety practices.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and software integration skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred :
- Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR platforms and automotive middleware.
- Exposure to POSIX/Linux-based embedded environments.
- Experience with automotive development and testing tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing practices.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
