Job Description : We are hiring an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise MPC applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, ReactJS, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, with the ability to drive technical design, mentor developers, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design and development of MPC services and modules.

- Develop scalable applications using .NET Core, ReactJS, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices.

- Review code and enforce coding standards.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.

- Collaborate with Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and deployments.

- Ensure secure coding practices, CI/CD compliance, and SOX standards.
