Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI Azure .NET Tech Lead with strong experience in cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, and modern frontend technologies (React.js). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development, drive innovation using Generative AI (GenAI), and build scalable enterprise-grade applications on Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using .NET Core and Azure

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions

- Develop responsive and scalable UI using React.js

- Integrate GenAI solutions (RAG, LLM-based use cases, GitHub Copilot)

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, backend, DevOps, product)

- Mentor and guide junior developers and conduct code reviews

- Work on identity and access management (Azure AD, Okta, MFA)

- Ensure code quality using tools like SonarQube

Technical Skills Required :

Backend :

- Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

- Expertise in Microservices architecture & REST APIs

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization

Frontend :

- Hands-on experience with React.js

- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

- Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)

Cloud & DevOps :

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure

- Experience in Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus)

- CI/CD using Azure DevOps (ADO)

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) good to have

AI / GenAI :

- Experience with Generative AI concepts

- Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Exposure to GitHub Copilot and LLM-based solutions

Security & Tools :

- Experience with Azure AD, Okta, MFA

- Code quality tools like SonarQube

- Strong experience in SQL Server

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science or related field

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
