We are seeking a highly accomplished .NET System Architect to drive the technical vision, architectural design, and modern deployment strategies for complex, high-performance enterprise applications. In this role, you will define and communicate the system architecture vision for our key application platforms (such as Meeting Broker), encompassing browser interfaces, APIs, integration pipelines, and cloud layers.

You will serve as the technical authority guiding logical, integration, and deployment architecture across modern .NET/C# backend services, modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React), and Azure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Leadership & Strategy :

- Define, articulate, and govern the system architecture vision across browser/UI, API design, system integrations, and cloud hosting layers.

- Lead the design of robust logical, integration, and deployment architectures for enterprise systems (e.g., Meeting Broker).

- Establish architectural standards, coding best practices, security patterns, and performance benchmarks across cross-functional engineering teams.

Backend & API Architecture :

- Architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance microservices and web APIs using .NET Core / .NET (C#).

- Design robust domain-driven models, data persistence strategies, caching mechanisms, and messaging/event-driven architectures (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Frontend Integration & UX Alignment :

- Guide the modern web application architecture built on Angular or React, ensuring optimal front-to-back integration, state management, security, and responsive performance.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend leads to ensure architectural consistency between client interfaces and API contracts.

Cloud & DevOps (Azure) :

- Architect, optimize, and oversee cloud-native and cloud-hosted workloads on Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).

- Partner with DevOps teams to design continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), zero-downtime deployment strategies, and telemetry/observability solutions.

Governance, Stakeholder Engagement & Mentorship :

- Conduct architecture review boards (ARBs), technical debt assessments, and security compliance audits.

- Translate complex business requirements into high-level architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and actionable engineering roadmaps.

- Mentor senior engineers, tech leads, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Required Skills :

Experience :

- 11 to 17 years of experience in software engineering, backend/frontend development, and system architecture.

- Minimum 4+ years in dedicated hands-on Technical Architect or System Architect roles designing complex enterprise applications.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Backend Mastery : Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and microservices architecture.

- Frontend Expertise : Deep hands-on experience or architectural mastery in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks - Angular or React.

- Cloud Infrastructure : Proven track record of designing and managing cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure.

- API & Integration : Deep understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, gRPC, OAuth2/OIDC security, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Database & Storage : Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and distributed caching strategies.
