What is the work ?

- Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites, custom themes, and plugins.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

- Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed.

- Ensure site performance, uptime, and security compliance

- Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and server issues.

- Maintain documentation for code, processes, and configurations

- Stay updated on new technologies, WordPress updates, and industry trends.

What skills and experience are we looking for ?

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience.

- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Strong knowledge of WordPress core, custom theme and plugin development.

- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with ACF, WP-CLI, and Gutenberg block development.

- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Exposure to WooCommerce, multilingual setups, and SEO optimization.

- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web performance best practices.

- Experience with local development tools (e.g, Docker, MAMP, Local by Flywheel).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication and documentation skills
