Who you are : We are looking for a hands-on Java Architect expert with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and building scalable, resilient systems using modern Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.

- Architect microservices-based applications leveraging Spring Boot 3.x.x and Java 17+.

- Provide leadership in implementing service mesh patterns and Kubernetes orchestration.

- Define and implement caching strategies using Hazelcast or Apache Ignite.

- Develop APIs using REST principles and reactive programming paradigms.

- Design solutions around event-driven architecture for real-time processing.

- Ensure best practices in software development, CI/CD, and DevOps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Owners.

Must-Have Skills :

- Java 17+

- Spring Boot 3.x.x

- Service Mesh

- Kubernetes

- Caching (Hazelcast / Apache Ignite)

- Document Databases (MongoDB, Couchbase, etc.)

- Event-Driven Design (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

- RESTful APIs design and development

- Reactive Programming (Project Reactor, WebFlux)

- Hibernate / JPA
