Role :

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer-II to join our IT team. If you have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, server administration, networking, and enterprise IT operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide advanced end-user support for hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues.

- Manage AWS cloud environments, including EC2 and S3.

- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.

- Execute patch management using Microsoft Defender and ManageEngine Desktop Central.

- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam Backup & Replication.

- Monitor infrastructure using ManageEngine Site24x7 and NetFlow Analyzer.

- Administer Cisco Meraki networking, including switching, VLANs, and security policies.

- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and Defender environments.

- Perform infrastructure health checks, performance optimization, and security hardening.

- AWS (EC2, S3), Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, Defender, Veeam Backup & Replication, ManageEngine (Desktop Central, Site24x7, NetFlow Analyzer).

Requirements :

- 10-18 years of relevant experience.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- Knowledge of ITSM and ISO 27001.
