We are looking for an experienced .NET 10 & React Full Stack Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, React.js, cloud platforms, API development, and modern software architecture, along with proven experience leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade web applications using .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, C#, and React.js.

- Design scalable and secure application architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.

- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure development best practices.

- Mentor developers, distribute tasks, and provide technical guidance to the team.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver projects within timelines.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.

- Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQL Server, and database design.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and system architecture.

- Experience with Azure/AWS, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, messaging systems, cloud-native development, automated testing, and AI-assisted development tools will be an added advantage.
