Solugenix - Full Stack Lead - React.js/Node.js/NestJS

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.

- Work hands-on across the frontend, backend, database, cloud, and integration layers.

- Develop responsive and maintainable applications using React and TypeScript.

- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, NestJS, or comparable backend technologies.

- Design and maintain efficient PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, SQL development, data validation, indexing, and performance tuning.

- Build and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS, with a strong focus on serverless architectures.

- Develop and maintain AWS serverless solutions using services such as AWS Lambda and related cloud services.

- Design and implement event-driven systems using Kafka or comparable event-streaming technologies.

- Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to technology and design decisions.

- Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.

- Troubleshoot complex application, performance, integration, and production issues.

- Mentor and guide developers while contributing directly to critical development tasks.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.

- Support technical estimation, task planning, sprint execution, and delivery tracking.

- Identify opportunities for improving application performance, engineering processes, and development efficiency.

Required Technical Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of professional full-stack software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.

- Strong backend development experience with Node.js/NestJS or comparable backend frameworks.

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including :

i. SQL development

ii. Database/schema changes

iii. Query optimization

iv. Performance tuning

v. Data validation

vi. Indexing and database design

- 2 - 4 years of meaningful production experience with AWS.

- Strong understanding of AWS serverless application development.

- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.

- Experience with Kafka or comparable event-streaming technologies.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed application architecture.

- Experience with application debugging, performance optimization, and production support.

- Experience designing serverless and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with AWS services beyond Lambda, such as API Gateway, S3, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, or EventBridge.

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

- Exposure to containerization and cloud-native development.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
